We have a strong team of technicians covering East Anglia and the Midlands aAnd these guys are all geeks – pest geeks. If you get them started talking about rat reproduction, mice droppings or the antics of squirrels, prepare for a lengthy and detailed conversation.
Each technician isbe responsible for their own client portfolio, allowing us to build trust, in-depth client knowledge, and great working relationships. We work to CRRU guidelines which ensures regular visits, as well as responding to emergency call-outs and follow-ups.
If your site is audited, we will alsowill also provide regular technical inspections. These are in-depth reviews and quality checks to make sure that each and every client is receiving the optimum service, and that the pests aren’t winning.

What Pests do we help with?
The type of pest we deal with changes with the seasons. Whilst they may look cute and cuddly, a population of mice in your warehouse or grain store is soon going to cause costly loss of product.
Rats and mice are the most frequent pests we deal with all year round but add add flies, ants, wasps, rabbits, squirrels, moths and bedbugs to the equation andequation and the Dealey Pest Team has a diverse and interesting work schedule all year round!
When to call us
The first sign of a pest problem is often droppings. With the amount that rats and mice produce and the associated smell of urine and pheromones, it is easy to spot.
Maybe you have damage to cables, boxes or the building itself through gnawing. Or that you have noticed an increase in wasps or have seen a nest.

Our approach
We work with our clients to provide a bespoke action plan to suit their environment and their pest issues. We work with the environment to be as non-invasive as possible whilst creating a hostile environment for the pests.
We work in line with the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use (CRRU) Code of Practice, with all of our operatives being trained to Level 2 standards as a minimum.
We aim to make the environment as pest-free as possible through proofing and housekeeping. If we confirm there is an infestation, we take action to reduce the pest population.
We visit regularly to monitor and make adaptations to ensure we are winning the battle against the pests.
